Jasco’s High Performance Liquid Chromatography (Model LC-2000Plus series)

The LC-2000 series offers the broadest range of liquid chromatography instrumentation available from any manufacturer.Proven reliability and excellent sensitivity are combined in systems configured to meet any application

Control is available from panel keypad or Jasco EZChrom Elite™ Chromatography Software. Depending on the system configuration, we have modular units to make up the entire set up.

These includes isocratic, binary, ternary or quaternary gradient. Scanning UV/Vis, multi-wavelength, diode array, fluorescence, refractive index, chiral and radioactivity detector systems. Manual or autosampling injection systems with temperature control. Column ovens/ coolers with compact design.

Jasco’s Extreme Fast Liquid Chromatography (Model xLC)

The X-LC series of extreme high pressure liquid chromatography systems is capable of delivering solvents at pressures up to 15,000 psi.

These pressures coupled with the X-LC line of columns allow the user to achieve chromatographic speed, sensitivity and efficiency far beyond traditional HPLC.

Thermo’s High Performance Liquid Chromatography (Model Surveyor Plus HPLC)

The Surveyor Plus family of HPLC instruments is specifically optimized for the most demanding HPLC and LC/MS applications. Short cycle times, high sample capacity, low flow rate performance, and patented LightPipeTM technology have been integrated into one complete system for high-throughput sample processing environments.

The versatility of the modular design, featuring custom quaternary pumping solutions, provides flexibility for a wide variety of applications, from routine compound analysis to more complex matrices. This high-throughput system can be operated as a stand-alone HPLC or seamlessly coupled with the industry-leading Finnigan mass spectrometers, providing a complete LC/MS solution.

Improve HPLC Sensitivity up to 5x with the Patented LightPipe Technology

The patented LightPipe™ technology provides up to five times the sensitivity of a conventional photo diode array detector and the integrated column oven offers exceptional chromatographic stability. Method development using the Surveyor Plus HPLC system is easily optimized because of its multiple injection modes, which include full loop, partial loop, and no waste. Several detector options increase application breadth with the capability of adding a fluorescence or a refractive index detector, which seamlessly integrate into the Surveyor Plus HPLC system. The ChromQuest Chromatography Data System (CDS) provides tools for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements and complete system validation. The compilation of these innovative technologies and features provides your laboratory with the complete chromatography solution.

Thermo’s High Speed LC (Model Accela)

No Limits. Quaternary pump capable of conventional and ultra-high pressures
HPLC and U-HPLC in One Efficient, Limitless System

The Accela™ high-speed chromatographic system provides fast, efficient chromatographic separations over an expansive range of flow rates and pressures. Accela is designed to optimize performance of sub-two micron particle columns, providing seamless operation spanning conventional LC pressures from short LC columns, up to 15,000 psi for long-column separations of complex bio mixtures.

The Accela Pump assures rapid and reproducible transfer of even the most complex and aggressive gradients. This quaternary pump is capable of handling pressures up to 15,000 psi with a delay volume of only 65 µL, enabling high speed chromatographic separations.

The Accela Autosampler has a specialized diamond coated high pressure valve that can handle the rigors of constant high pressure injections while the unique sampling design enables 30 second injection cycles. This autosampler integrates isothermal injection and separation to provide superior reproducibility by eliminating all external environmental influences to the chromatography.

The Accela PDA has been optimized for the detection of high speed chromatographic separations. The short 1 cm flow cell pathlength combined with the incredible minimized flow cell volume of 2 µL, renders this Patented LightPipe™ flowcell as the premium choice for fast separations. The extremely low level of dispersion in the LightPipe flowcell retains the excellent peak shape and chromatographic resolution from the column.
Accela, coupled with the sub-two micron particle columns, provides fast, controlled separations with high efficiency and resolution, accelerating LC and LC/MS applications.
