Thermo Electron – Gas Filters (Cartridge & Online)

Super Clean Cartridge Gas Filters
Improve Productivity and Quality of GC and GC/MS Analyses

Increase Sensitivity and Column Lifetimes: Increase the quality of your analysis and column lifetimes and save money when you reduce contamination from your gas lines. Thermo's cartridge filters produce high quality (99.9999% pure) gas independent of input quality.

Easy to Use: Reusable base plates provide affordable, tool free replacement of filters. Available for 1 to 4 filters, Super Clean cartridge systems are configurable to your needs.

Minimize Downtime - Including GC/MS: Filter replacement is quick as needle valves close during the process to prevent gas line contamination meaning no need for purging. Replacement filters come sealed (preconditioned with He if required) to get you back working faster, even with GC/MS.
Product Detail
- Easy replacement without need for tools
- No carrier gas line contamination during cartridge change
- 99.9999% pure gas output
- Cost effective
- Unique He pre-conditioned units available for MS detection
- Available with one to four filters
- TUEV approved
The Thermo Super Clean™ range of cartridge gas filtering systems is designed with ease of use and gas quality (99.9999% or 6.0 grade) in mind. The filter base plate is a one-time installation procedure and can be configured to the individual requirements of the user. Needle valves ensure the gas line is not contaminated during cartridge change.

Improve Productivity and Quality of GC and GC/MS Analyses

Increase Sensitivity and Column Lifetimes: Reduce detector noise and increase the quality of your analysis and column lifetimes. Thermo's filters produce high quality (99.9999% pure) gas independent of input quality.

Easy to Use and Affordable: Reusable end fittings provide affordable, simple and tool free installation of filters, reducing damage to gas lines. The use of gas filters also saves money on columns and detector cleaning.

Minimize Downtime - Including GC/MS: Filter replacement is quick as needle valves close during the process to prevent gas line contamination meaning no need for purging. Replacement filters come sealed (preconditioned with He if required) to get you back working faster, even with GC/MS.
Product Detail
- 99.9999% pure gas output improves analyses
- No carrier gas line contamination during filter change
- Easy and fast replacement without need for tools
- No risk of over tightening of fittings
- Cost effective He pre-conditioned available for MS detection
- TUEV approved
The Click-On™ Inline gas filtering system is designed with ease of use and gas quality (99.9999% or 6.0 grade) in mind. Re-useable end fittings remain installed on the gas line during filter replacement, reducing the cost of clean gas. These unique patented end fittings incorporate needle valves that close the lines and prevent contamination. Filters are available to remove oxygen, moisture, hydrocarbons, including a Click-On inline Combi filter to remove moisture and oxygen, or a Triple filter to remove all three.

Gas Leak Detector

GL Sciences - Gas Leak detector LD229

General Features:

The LD-229 Gas Leak Detector is a portable, highly sensitive instrument designed to detect gas leaks in gas chromatography instruments and accessories such as purge and trap system. Gas leaks are indicated with a dual system that consists of an indicator lamp display and a buzzer alarm. The detector is more reliable and convenient compare to the soap solution method for detecting very small gas leaks.

The LD-229 Gas Leak Detector is powered by rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries. A blinking power lamp indicates that the batteries must be recharged with the AC adapter provided. Full battery recharging requires approximately 4 hours. Fully charged, the batteries can be used for approximately 5 hours.

Specifications:

Detector : Thermistor actuated thermal conductivity cell
Sensitivity : Helium and Hydrogen 0.01ml/min in atmosphere
