Presses for pelletizing samples for XRF analysis are complemented
by a complete line of XRF supplies. Thin Film window material,
sample cells, binding and blending agents, AluCAPs (aluminum pellet
cups), and standards for XRF analysis of liquids, solids and powders
are offered.
A new line of AccuSPEC XRF fusion fluxes with a high bulk density
of 1.4 g/cm3 is now available. Fluxes consist of homogenous, spherical
(less than 500 um), vitreous particles that offer higher analytical
precision of analysis.
